I am a 1992 graduate of Azusa Pacific University (Azusa, Ca.).  I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in education.  Upon coming to New Jersey in the summer of 1992 to work at Camp Haluwasa, I opted to stay in New Jersey and complete my educational courses at Rowan University.

I taught 6th grade at The KingÕs Christian School before being blessed with children.  I have been home for 13 years raising my children as unto the Lord, but I have kept my Òfeet wetÓ in the educational system by substitute teaching in the public schools and teaching piano lessons at home.  I was blessed to teach Music at Bethel Prep during the 07-08 school year in which I was privileged to be trained and mentored in the Classical Christian approach by the Bethel Prep faculty.

I believe the Lord called me to teach while I was in the 5th grade.  My 5th grade teacher guided me through some very difficult home situations by mentoring me at school.  This special teacher believed in me and encouraged me to be the best I could be even though I felt like my life was falling apart.  My heart is to be more than a teacher.  I desire to bring children into a deeper understanding of their faith in God and to encourage them to love and serve Him.
